An Events Co-ordinator is required for a large corporate organization that is currently under taking a variety of internal change projects. The Event Co-ordinator will be responsible for the communication of all aspects of the programme both to internal customers and external stakeholders. The Events Co-ordinator will set up to plan and execute internal communication events to a variety of audiences and support external communications with key partners. The Event Co-ordinator will Coordinate and collate presentation materials, Maintain the communication delivery plan, with internal suppliers for availability of key publicity items eg cars, displays, audio/visual materials. Provide support and advice to other areas of the team in preparing communications and events. Manage Event budgets. The Events Co-ordinator will ideally have good experience of using Microsoft Office Suite, good planning skills, self motivated and be able to look at innovative in new ways of getting the message across. Previous experience in event management/co-ordination is also required. You will also have knowledge of business processes; time management and personal organization skills; Integrity and ethics; the ability to formulate and communicate concepts. You will also be comfortable talking to Senior Management.
