Description
A leading Australian Telco company is currently looking to expand their Business Intelligence team. They are searching for developers with significant experience with Data Warehousing utilizing both SAS. They are looking for a self starter who can work well within a fast paced team environment. This is a 6 month contract with possibility of extension based on performance offering great opportunities for career growth and technical skill advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop code, test and install Business Intelligence applications on a range of programs across multiple platforms - SAS, Teradata, SQL
- Development & delivery of BI Measures, Dimensions and BI Data Marts to specification, schedule, quality and cost.
- Conduct dimensional modelling
- Prepare and maintain systems and program documentation.
- Diagnose and resolve application and system problems.
- Identify, manage and report changes, issues, defects and risks
- Design solutions and understand how your work fits into the business
- Gather report requirements from business and deliver accordingly

Support testing phases for each release
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years using SAS and Teradata - SAS DI especially
- Previous Telco or Financial Services Experience
- Ability to work autonomously or within a team
- Ability to multi task while retaining attention to detail
- Explicit experience with SAS DI or previous experience on an integration project

Deep knowledge of the software Systems Development Lifecycle
