My Client a well know leader in its field is currently looking for an ITIL Service Delivery manager/Operations manager. You will be working with senior IT working as part of a team that covers Major and Minor incident, Problem, event and access management as well as the wider team that covers all of the change and configuration management.

The Service Delivery Manager/Operations manager will need to provide proactive maintenance and support working with the business to set and to hit Service Level Agreements.

You will need to have a previous proven track record within service delivery/Operations in an ITIL environment working across Infrastructure and application projects .

You will need to ideally have qualifications within ITIL and Project management methodologies, be able to analyse and report effectively to the business and IT .
