Reward Consultant/Reward Specialist (Excel/Compensation/Benefits) - Mobile Telecoms - Urgent requirement for a Reward Consultant/Reward Specialist to work for my client, a blue chip mobile telecoms company to join their team in the South East on a contract basis.
The Reward Consultant/Reward Specialist will be responsible for supporting the design, development, continuous improvement and implementation of UK reward and benefit policies, processes and practices. The Reward Consultant/Reward Specialist will also support annual pay review and bonus process, provide analytical support to the Reward Manager and be responsible for the administration, coordination and analysis or monthly, quarterly incentive schemes, working with HR Helpdesk, Payroll, Sales and Finance teams.
The Reward Consultant/Reward Specialist will essentially have the following key skills:
*Ability to manage flexible benefits schemes
*Broad commercial knowledge of rewards and benefits with compensation and benefits experience
*Incentive design and analysis experience
*Ability to manage bonus and salary review process
*Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills including v-lookups, pivot tables, formulas
*Strong relationship management skills
The Reward Consultant/Reward Specialist will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to take your own initiative and personal responsibility to consistently focus on quality of work. HR Generalist experience would be beneficial.
