SQL SERVER DEVELOPER/DBA, JOB OPENING, CANTON, OHIO
SQL SERVER DEVELOPER DBA will be responsible for design, development, and maintenance of databases and database objects (stored procedures, tables, views, indexes, etc .)
- This position is 70% development and working with developers.
- Must have very strong skills in T-SQL as well as understanding of database architecture.
- Will work from business requirements to design and modify database objects.
- Will be responsible for day-to-day admin duties, including backup/recovery, user management, and security.
- Will move data between sources and targets using SSIS.
- Will assist with reporting using SSRS.
- This position is mostly development DBA role with minimal production support and will NOT be involved in performance tuning, backups and user management.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Required skills include: Strong T-SQL skills, SQL Server , SSIS, SSRS, architecture and design and SQL Profiler.
- This is a contract to hire or perm position in Canton, OH.
- LOCATION: CANTON, OHIO
- CONTRACT-TO-HIRE: 3-6 months
- RATE & SALARY: OPEN
