Candle are seeking an experienced Network/Capacity Planning Manager for an initial six month contract based in the CBD.

Brief duties and responsibilities are as follows:
  • To set up a capacity planning framework and reporting schedules with key internal stakeholders.
  • To analyse telecommunications network performance data to report on and ensure reliability and stability
  • Provide key input to help with the evolution and development of the network infrastructure, ensuring that the network is optimised
  • To maintain network planning standards and processes
  • To disseminate network performance reports to the key business areas and present potential issues identified
Please note that this is a semi-technical role and a knowledge of any of the following would be advantageous.
  • IP/Ethernet enterprise Routers, Switches and Firewalls
  • IP/MPLS
  • Load balancers, wireless LAN and WiMAX/LTE
  • PC based modelling skills
  • Any Watch4Net APG and EMC IONIX tool set experience would be very advantageous!
