Description
The main responsibility of this role is the end user support for day-to-day issues with SAP, and analysing system issues.
Full Job Description:
Analysis of system/data/user problems:
Involvement with testing and validation procedures
User training - Updating training documentation, delivering training
Assisting with SAP projects
Report writing (Crystal Reports) -Create/Amend & Troubleshoot
Other ad hoc duties as they arise.
Requirements:
The Ideal candidate should have a detailed working knowledge of some or all of the following SAP 4.6c modules:
SD (Order Processing, Billing, Transport Order, and Shipment)
MM (Procurement, Inventory Management etc.)
PP (MRP, Production Orders, BOM, Routing etc.),
FICO (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management)
QM (Batch management, Quality Inspection)
WM (Pick/Pack, material staging)
Experience in writing Crystal Reports highly desirable.
Must have excellent analytical, logical problem solving and technological skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
An understanding of SOx requirements desirable.
