Ihre Aufgaben:
- Scope of the role will include all property services within the local office including supervising the service providers
- Performance management and procurement of contractors supplying facilities to local office including vending, cleaning, plants, caretaking, shredding, mechanical and electrical services repairs and maintenance, waste & recycling
- Liaise with local landlords for any lease requirements and maintenance issues related to landlord stair, lift and circulation areas
- Carry out administrative arrangements as necessary including general office duties as instructed by the onsite client and the Senior Facility Manager
- Responsible for reporting Health & Safety compliance issues to the Senior Facility Manager and ensure fire and office safety systems meet local laws.
- Provide simple management reports on activities as applicable to the Senior Facility Manager based in Dublin
- Maintain the office workplace FM manual for all local office procedures, processes and metrics
- Carry out of some financial administration i.e. scanning and copying supplier invoices
- Undertaking inventory checking and ordering of office supplies
- Undertaking merchandise checking and packing away into storage rooms
- Mail distribution and envelope stuffing as required
- Monitor use of the office FM helpdesk usage
Ihre Qualifikation
- Fluency in English and German
- Knowledge of the FM discipline specifically in outsourcing
- Experience of working as part of self delivery team and working with contractors to deliver a service
- Ability to perform support services to the team in the form of administration and monitoring of performance measures
- Demonstrate ability to identify relevant information that will assist in the production of reporting information
- Experience of managing an area of a budget - cleaning, security, projects
- Knowledge of working & setting up service contracts
- Knowledge of in country Health and Safety legislation
- Working knowledge of FM Help Desk system
