Description
Project Manager needed to work on multiple IT projects with a variety of systems. This will be a rewarding challenging position for a well-organized, results driven, get-it-done Manager that enjoys working with a professional and seasoned team.
- Communicate between business areas, vendors, and IT staff.
- Drive results and work/facilitate several groups within assigned project
- Deliver strong customer service while multiple situations in a fast paced environment
- Track issues and daily tasks and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relocation of a division of the organization (Business side and IT systems). Relocation includes Servers, applications, and infrastructure outsourcing partners.
This position will require the following skills:
- 5+ year's experience as a Project Manager in an IT environment.
- Working knowledge of PMI processes
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certified preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project Client Server.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge and experience working with outsourcing vendors, such as: IBM, Dell, AT&T, and Xerox.
- Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field from an accredited college or university.
