Randstad Care have successful won a large contract for one of the North West Leading charitable organisations.Our client is passionate about providing person centred support to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. They provide a range of support to approximately 900 individuals. They have several independent Hospitals and adult care homes which provide tailored care for clients with more complex mental health needs.
From December 2011 Randstad will be providing temporary Support Worker shift cover to all of its Hospitals and Care homes and are consequently looking for dedicated staff who are available for ad-hoc shifts days/nights/weekends to join our agency. We are Currently looking for experienced support workers who have worked with adults with learning disabilities.
To be considered for this role you must:
* Have previous experience of working within a similar setting
* Be familiar with clients with complex mental health problems and Learning disabilities
* Be reliable and flexible
* NVQ Level 2 (desirable)
