Description
The Email & Collaboration Exchange Specialist is an IT Specialist within the E-business Solutions Messaging Projects and 3rd level support team. They are an individual contributor responsible for providing IT services in a billable project/engagement role.As a member of a team or working independently they perform a technical role in support of the solution construction, implementation and system integration for a customer's total messaging environment.
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Exchange Server ,
- Other Microsoft Technologies (ie Sharepoint Server 2007, Office Communications Server, Active Directory etc).
- Email design, solution and project life cycle (including Migration experience)
- EMC EmailXtender
- MS Windows Mobile
- Industry 3rd Party Messaging Products eg. Gateway Products for Antivirus/SPAM, Pervasive Computing (Blackberry, Everyplace), etc.
- Operating Environments (Linux, AIX, Microsoft Windows NT, 2000, 2003 , 2008 VMware, Citrix etc.)
