IS Architect
Amoria Bond Banking & Finance, an International resourcing and recruitment consultancy, is looking for a IS Architect for his client, a well established insurance company.
Context of the mission
In the context of a major program within Information Systems Financial and common services, our IT team is searching for a Functional Analyst.
Applications are multi-tiers applications based on Mainframe (cobol/DB2) and .Net technology.

Required Knowledge and Experience
Personal Skills
Mandatory
. Good communicator.
* Good analytic skills
* Flexible and able to take the right decisions according with the customer.
Business experience required
Preferable
. Knowledge of insurance processes
* Knowledge of financial management: accounting process,
CODA, CIRI, Direct Debit, SEPA
Technical experience required
Mandatory
. Good reporting skills.
* Problem solving attitude
* Knowledge of query (SQL/MS Access), analyse, reusable objects
Preferable
. Knowledge in Cobol, DB2, .Net.
Functional experience required
Mandatory
* Min 3 years experience as functional analyst
* Experienced within analyse activities
* Able to create new process (analyse)
* Able to adapt current process (analyse)
* Able to think in term of "services".

Objective of the job
The IT functional analyst should be able to analyse the requirements from the business and
to translate it into structured function descriptions. He has also to explain his analyse to
the analyst-programmer who has to implement the process.
The functional analyst has to imagine reusable processes. The final product should then be complete, useful, reusable, most generic as possible, performing He has to be able to create new analyses but also to change the existing ones. He will equally test the correct implementation of his analysis.
The IT Functional analyst is able to work on basis of an architecture analyse/preparation. As needed, he has to complete or to review the architecture recommendations.
The functional analyst will estimate the time to work, to implement and to test. He'll inform
the project leader and is aware of the phase of the project.
