Description

The ideal candidate must be someone who is used to working in a high pressure environment and is able to handle requests and demands from very senior management as well as other non-technical users.

It will be a one year contract.

Should have the following experience
* PC Engineering & Phone Support & Server support
* End-User Support
* Strong backgrounds in troubleshooting and operating Windows Systems
* Working knowledge of the following applications:
o Microsoft Office
o Microsoft Outlook
o Lotus Notes
* Provide general support, which includes the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, basic operation, and upgrades of software.
* The configuration and installation of end-users personal computers, including installation of operating system, business applications, and related software.
