Description
Our client is a world leading company aspiring to be the best in the discovery and development of important therapeutics. They are currently seeking a Finance Manager for a 6 month contract at their Cambridge site.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES include:
* Financial Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting
* Opex management, tracking and reporting
* Producing monthly reports for the different business units in both the UK and Ireland
* Management reporting; producing monthly performance updates on sales, Opex and other business measures for the management teams
* Assisting with implementation of the new Business Objects reporting tool; helping design and build new reports
* Process improvement; identifying and managing process improvement projects
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
* Experience of SAP
* Demonstrated experience in a multinational environment
PERSONAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
* Analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent computer skills particularly Excel
