Senior Telecoms Quality Manager
RP International is urgently looking for a Senior Telecoms Quality Manager who will be reporting to the Quality Management Director. This role will be based in Shenzhen with expected frequent overseas business travel.
To be considered you must possess the following:
- Be available within 4 weeks
- Hold a Bachelor Degree in a relevant subject
- 10 years experience in the telecoms industry (either Operator or Vendor)
- 3-5 years in a Project management/Service Delivery capacity.
- Experience in Quality Management Standards (ISO9000, TL9000), concepts (TQM)
- Experience in process improvement methods (Lean and 6 Sigma).
- Fluent spoken and written English
- International working experience
Responsibilities
- Understand the Corporate and Service strategy of client and the market environment.
- Understand service requirement and competitor service strategy.
- Based on industry best practice, define and implement Quality Management Strategy and Systems for Project Delivery.
- Promote quality culture and quality consciousness within the company. Influence Senior Management and other Business Units.
- Responsible for project quality management with respect to engineering delivery (Network Rollout, Core Network, VAS).
- Ensure the delivery quality is in line with the customer quality requirement, including quality management methodology, competence development and training.
- Quality Management Tools planning, development, deployment and optimization.
- Major project quality monitoring, including site audit and assessment, project quality data and problem management.
- Improve Customer satisfaction with respect to engineering quality delivery by establishing and operating satisfaction management methodology.
- Improve EHS management in delivery project
