Change and Reslease Analyst - ITIL, Banking
A leading blue chip with a reputation for excellence is looking for a Change and Release Analyst to join their team on a contract basis.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Workload scheduling & prioritisation of BAU activities for Change Management team
- Experience working in a similar size IT Change Management function in the finance sector at a consultative level
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Change processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills including strong negotiation & influencing skills to manage relationships across IT O&D including at Business Leader level.
- Good technical awareness and an ability to understand, interpret, document and challenge technical information from all areas of IT
- Ability to work with a diverse range of people and cultures
- Highly developed influencing and negotiating skills
- Highly developed communication skills, able to present effectively at major meetings
- Resilience and ability to cope with pressure and demands of a significant operational role.
- Ideally qualified to degree level, with ITIL accreditation.
- Drive and determination to achieve results Stakeholder management
- Strong attention to detail
