Technical Support Representative Opportunity to Convert to Permanent with an Industry Leader! This nationwide industry leader has an immediate 4 month contract-to-hire opening in Flower Mound for a Technical Support Representative. This position requires a Bachelors Degree, prior Call Center, Customer Service, and/or Phone Support experience, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). Must have experience with Microsoft Office (including Excel and Word), and must have a basic electronic and mechanical aptitude. Highly prefer candidates with an Audio/Visual or IT background. Will be responsible for answering customer calls to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting with the entire company product line. Will open Trouble Tickets/Service Requests and enter information into Oracle-based modules pertinent to Technical Support and Customer Service needs. Will be expected to document the process of technical support from initiation of call through problem resolution of situation including all quality records involved. Will be responsible for compliance with standard written procedures and quality documentation of company policies and documentation of the Technical Support department.
