This international industry leader has an immediate 12+ month contract opening in Plano, TX for a Process Lead/Training Developer for an SAP CRM rollout. This position requires experience with completing at least three Training Development/Delivery projects. Requires experience with SAP, CRM, and/or Master Data. Requires experience with Business Intelligence, preferably training delivery. Strong preference for SAP CRM experience. SAP BW, SAP Xcelsius, and BEx Analyzer experience is a plus. Strong preference for local Dallas-Ft. Worth candidates as it requires working onsite.
This Process Lead will be responsible for Training, Change Management, and Communications for an SAP CRM rollout. Majority of time will be spent designing, developing and deploying training as needed. Will assist the Change Management lead in executing change management activities. Will engage and mentor coaches, providing support to direct managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions. Will assist the Communications Lead in developing communication messages. Will create curriculum guides and develop instructional materials and performance support tools. Will assist the project team in identifying and loading data in training environment, and participate in quality review meetings/process. Will assist in identifying the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver training to the organization. Will assist instructors with training preparation (Train-the-Trainer). Will also be responsible for communicating the status of deliverables and initiatives to the Change Management Lead.
