This North Dallas industry leader has an immediate 3-6 month contract-to-hire opening for a Software Support Specialist. This position requires 3+ years of providing Enterprise software support to external customers. Will provide level 1 & 2 software support to clients and answer phone calls, follow up on defects, provide short training sessions, and give guidance in data correction and resolving/escalating client incidents. Will occasionally travel to deliver on-site support.

Position Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Enterprise level external client software support experience.
  • Multi-tier Support Structure experience.
  • Experience with an ACD.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and able to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Requires exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency using computers.
  • Prefer exposure to relational databases or SQL.
  • Prefer Bachelor's degree.
