Senior Business Analyst - OTC Derivatives, Interest Rate Swaps, Credit Derivatives Swaps, Client Clearing
Working specifically in an excellent Change Management team you will have gained a proven background in Front to Back Projects from a functional perspective providing high level analysis, requirements gathering and having impact on a number of key projects.
As a Senior Business Analyst you must have worked on previous Change Management projects, working closely with Project Managers, other Analysts and Subject matter Experts (SME's) to deliver on short and long term projects, operational reviews and resolution of control gaps plus deficiencies.
This role is a functional position, therefore technology is less important, applicants must have a proven Investment Banking background in Operations, OTC Derivatives and Equity Derivatives Change Management.
The main focus of the role is to liaise with business users to capture and document business requirements and/or liaise with other BAs to understand business requirements as the point of contact with IT, work across designated areas of the project as required (front to back) interfacing with key users (Front Office, operations, finance, etc.) Work with IT application owners to facilitate the correct IT solution to meet the business requirement (either internal custom build or external vendors) and Support testing of the solution as required (test approach, test scripts and execution)
Experience in Interest Rate Derivatives/Credit Default Swaps (operational knowledge/understand F2B flows), trade life cycle management of the above products (events), margin and collateralisation of OTC derivatives (or futures) and settlement processing of cashflows relating to OTC derivatives is required.
