Description
Global industry leader known as a Top Employer in the Atlanta area seeks an Innovation/Product Manager to be part of a team to research, present, and support the full life cycle process of choosing and introducing new brand specific technologies.
Daily job duties will include researching technologies and solutions, determining best fit for our brands, documenting benefits, pitching and presenting technologies to internal/external teams, supporting the technology through the pilot phase, making recommendations.
The ideal candidate will have the following credentials:
- sales skills
- passion for the lastest and greatest technology will be key
- a strong knowledge of technology trends, consumer electronics and cloud services is a must
- have excellent communication skills
- be an early adopter of technology
- be self-motivated and driven to complete projects on schedule and on budget
- is comfortable with taking point with customers
- has sales experience
- has first hand experience with design or creative work
Skills and Competencies:
- understand social media, web technologies, open source philosophy
- document business process
- document technology and business requirements
- coordinate short to long term proof-of-concept projects
- coordinate internal departments with vendor efforts
- conduct research into technology trends, new products, new technology services
