Our departments of and support our customers around the world by placing the senior managers essential to business growth and effective management.For our client we're actively looking for 2 regulatory Affairs Compliance Assistants (one of 2 has to be ready to travel in US for periods of 1-2 weeks).
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
The RA Compliance Assistant will actively participate to a project aiming to improve the quality of technical registered data. He/she will be part of a dedicated team reporting to Regulatory Affairs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Checking of accuracy of data registered in regulatory documents
Analysis & consolidation of data with experts in field
Meeting of project deadlines
Improvement suggestions of the process
Working with different departments (RA, QA, Manufacturing, QC)
Deliverables
Reports describing identified discrepancies
PREREQUISITES
Education: University or graduate level in Science
Knowledge:
Analytical, logical thought process with strong information organisation skills
Good communication skills
Good knowledge of English (both oral and written) is essential. Knowledge of French is an asset
Team player & team spirit
Will work in a team of 3 persons doing the same job
Meticulous and interested in administrative tasks
One of 2 has to be ready to travel to the US (passport)
Experience in pharmaceutical industry is an asset
