Customer Side of Change Lead - Banking - Bristol - Up to £396 per day

A leading UK retail bank requires a Customer Side of Change Lead to join their team based in Bristol on a 12 month contract.

This role will require you to lead the work and people needed to ensure that Customer Side of Change methodology is delivered in line with Commercial project standards, methodology and cost controls, realising the best possible experience for customers within assigned programmes and projects.

To be successful you must possess the following key skills:

  • Presentation and Facilitation
  • Change/Project Management experience

Ideally you will have knowledge of the Financial Sector and industry standards or practices. You will also be competent using Change Management Toolkit and have a good level of knowledge of Microsoft applications. Strategic thinking and application and excellent time management skills are also required.
