Functional Support analyst CALYPSO

Duration of contract: 3 months with extension options

Senior (5 jaar +) Experience in banking especially FX/MM
Main activities:
As a Support Analyst you are responsible for the availability, quality and continuity of the automated processes of various specified financial information systems and their related interfaces within the Financial Markets environment. You are responsible for the availiability and continuity of the financial information system Calypso. Especially the functional application support to the customer on a day-to-day basis.
General requirements:
* Education Bachelor or equivalent level
* Financial Markets business knowledge and experience with ITIL process management
* experience with supporting business (+5years Calypso FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT) in critical infromation systems in a heterogeneous and complex environment
* Willing to participate in scheduled and off-site standby services.
Technical requirements: Senior knowledge of Operating System Unix and Wintel
Knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle), SQL query language, Middleware and interfacing solutions (MQ, XFB, SFTP)
Social Skills: flexible, high level of client focus, ambitious, immume to stress, shows initiative.
Language skills: Excellent level of English, both spoken and written
