Our client is seeking an experienced In-House Recruiter for their Newbury office on Contractual basis.

Responsibilities
Work with the business to manage and deliver the end to end recruitment process
Identify challenges faced by your customers to provide solutions in a cost effective and timely manner
Sourcing candidates through a variety of means (eg direct sourcing, networking, agencies or advertising)
Developing and maintaining up to date knowledge of the recruitment market in areas of specialism
Work with the business and the HR Business Partners to understand and inform broader resourcing strategies
Build positive and credible relationships with customers and candidates to maintain a positive reputation as an individual, team and organisation.
Manage suppliers and stakeholders to ensure value for money, service delivery and reduced cost
Analyse management information to demonstrate progress and delivery. Use this information to inform future recruitment strategies and improvement activities
To ensure that understanding and application of responsibilities with regard to the Company's Environment, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards

Qualifications
Good standard of education

Experience

At least 5+ years of experience in recruitment.
Proven in-house recruitment experience within a large complex organisation
Evidence of managing a demanding workload ensuring delivery.
Experience of managing high volumes from time to time.
Demonstrable experience of developing and maintaining relationships with all customers and stakeholders
Proven experience of sourcing candidates through a variety of channels (eg direct sourcing, networking, agencies or advertising) in a cost efficient manner
Ideally from Telco background.
