Job description:
Modify input all relevant parameters/configurations for RNC and Node-B via Moshell
Taking & Maintaining regular weekly Backup of RNC.
Regular Health checkups on RNC.
Clearing Alarms in RNC & Node-B's. (Reduced Node-B alarm count from 1200 to 30 & RNC alarms from 860 to 23)
Activating Counters in user defined statistic profiles depends on Performance team input.
SGSN, RANAP & m3ua configuration & migration.
Configure a RBS for Iub when the bearer is ATM/IP
Configure the management interface between RBS and RNC
Troubleshooting O&M access for NodeB (linked MGW & Router)
Performing integration Iub Over IP at RNC side.
Node-B Migration.
KPI Dashboard report validation.
Circulating Network Availability report.
Parameter and configuration changes at RNC & NodeB
Performed License Update/Channel Element (CE) in OSS-RC & as well as in winfiol.
Troubleshooting RNC & RBS.
Qos parameters verification & throughput analysis.
Taking reports from ENIQ (Ericsson Network Intelligent Query).
Sync removal/addition/reset & priority changing in RNC & Node-B.
Stats verification & resetting the counters as per requirement.
RNS dump verification.
Build good communication and relationship with customers & management.
Alarm analysis & suggesting Node-B engineers to solve the problem while MUB connectivity is not available.
Provide detailed level progress and status reports to the Project Manager and Customers.
