My Bristol based Public Sector client is looking take on a Resource Planner/workforce Planner/HR and Resource Planner for a 6 month contract.

Key activities:
*Working with the business to establish new recruitment and selection activities to support business change
*Develop the content of and collation of exit surveys
*Support in the rollout of a new workforce planning process across the organisation, and use the knowledge to create an organisation plan
*Providing knowledge and support in Resourcing/Workforce planning/Organisational Design/Talent Management for the client.
*Working as part of the Business Partnership team, to deliver improved business outcomes, and provide support to managers in the business on people issues.
*Supporting the Business Consultants in the development, implementation and management of a range of HR and Resourcing/Workforce planning/Organisational Design/Talent Management interventions required to achieve business objectives.
*Work in partnership with key stakeholders, identify people related business issues and propose HR and Resourcing/Workforce planning/Organisational Design/Talent Management solutions or requirements.
*Support the HR Business Consultants in developing Resourcing/Workforce planning/Organisational Design/Talent Management solutions to meet people needs ensuring engagement with appropriate stakeholders.
*Support large-scale change and lead smaller change initiatives, promoting cultural change needed to successfully deliver HR business solutions.
*Coach Managers to lead and manage the change agenda by improving the people capabilities of their teams.

Skills needed:
*Experience of resourcing
*Development of workforce plans for an organisation
*Ideally some experience of organisation design or talent management
