DESCRIPTION

The Customer Service Representative will provide customer support and perform general office duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Process correspondence.
  • Respond to customers' needs and questions.
  • Answering phones.
  • Provide general administrative support.
Qualifications:
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent and at least two (2) years of experience.
  • Must be able to work under limited supervision.
  • Excellent customer service skills a must.
  • Must be dependable.
  • Flexibility in all situations is necessary.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Expertise in MS Office, especially Excel and Word, required.
  • Must have good typing skills.
  • Phone skills a must.
  • Must be an excellent verbal communicator.
