DESCRIPTION

The Employee Service Analyst will guarantee customer satisfaction in a timely, high quality and accurate manner while ensuring adherence to internal controls.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide payroll, benefit and leave of absence services to over 100, 000 active employees as well as any former employees.
  • Providing daily system support to Employee Services team.
  • Troubleshooting issues.
  • Reviewing and assigning system access.
  • Managing edit distribution and modifications.
  • Special projects as assigned.
  • Maintain and coordinate installation of new computers and hardware.
Ongoing set-up, maintenance and testing of the following Employee Services technologies:
  • Lawson/HR/Payroll/Benefits/Absence Management
  • BSI Tax Factory
  • Astute Case Manager
  • Security access using SIM Self Service
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science or Business required.
  • Must have an aptitude for technology.
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Must have strong problem solving skills, and be detail oriented.
  • Experience with Lawson/HR/Payroll/Benefits/Absence Management and Astute Case Manager preferred.
  • Experience with Canadian Payroll is a plus.
  • Must have excellent analytical skills.
  • Solid customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate Employee Services special projects.
