DESCRIPTIONThe Marketing Support Services Professional will coordinate with IT to implement rate and promotion offers identified by Consumer Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Create billing tables, testing, and validation of rate and promotions and life cycle management through processes such as Rapid Deployment (RD) to ensure offers are delivered on time.
- Implement product offers and promotional offers for services including IP video, voice, wireless and data services.
- Detailed data entry of all pricing information for use by IT to implement pricing/promotion updates.
- Participate in teams that support the life cycle management processes and offers coordinated through Lightspeed releases as well as testing of the offers.
- Coordinate with other work groups including Consumer Marketing, Customer Experience, Product Management, Operations, IT, Product Development, Program Management, Regulatory and Legal.
- Work with billing client services to introduce offers defined by Consumer Marketing.
- Identify ways to improve the rate implementation process and assist with implementing process enhancements, including compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley audit requirements for rating and pricing maintenance activities.
- Precise attention to detail to ensure complete accuracy.
- Self-starter who works independently is a must.
- Must have the ability to work complex issues across various stakeholders within the company.
- Must be able to quickly assimilate new information, emerging technologies and issues with understanding the impact on developing billing solutions.
- Must be flexible to work in a fast moving and sometimes unstructured environment.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Requires knowledge of: Data Entry/Data Management, Project Management, Consumer Business Billing Systems, Consumer Business Ordering Systems, and Consumer Telecom Products
- This is a part time position.
