DESCRIPTION
The Field Construction Administrator will work with field construction inspectors and contractors to document all construction activity for as-built record population, as well as productivity reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Performs physical work including walking distances, climbing up and down ladders, using tapelines, measuring wheels, and basic survey equipment such as a construction level.
  • Communicates verbally and in writing to shop personnel, contractors, and construction management to ensure operational success.
  • Performs work functionally in EXCEL, WORD, Access and other Company Applications in the construction process.
  • Uses appropriate interpersonal skills and communication methods to build constructive relationships with customers, business units, service organizations and other stakeholders to meet shared goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrates cooperation and collaboration while participating in a group or team.
  • Makes effective decisions and achieves desired results in the midst of changes in responsibilities, work processes, timeframes, performance expectations, organizational culture or work environment.
  • Actively supports and promotes corporate and/or business unit changes.
  • Focuses on a goal and harnesses own and others' energy to drive toward goal alignment; meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Upholds safety standards, personally and organizationally; corrects unsafe conditions.
Qualifications
  • Construction Management experience
  • Knowledge of Gas Operations Procedures
  • Microsoft Office expertise
  • High School Diploma or higher
