Scrum Master - 6 Month Contract
Dublin
My client is currently looking to hire a Scrum Master with strong experience working with the Agile Development Methodology with experience working with distributed teams.
Some of your responsibilities will entail leading daily scrum meetings, chairing planning & design sessions, working with the technical lead to translate functional requirements in to technical design and tasks, and you will also chair daily triage and ensure that defects are appropriately assigned among other things.
Required Experience:
* At least 7 years' experience in IT, with 5 or more years' experience as a Project Manager (PM), with a strong track record of delivery.
* BS or Masters in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering or Mathematics.
* Strong Systems Analysis skills.
* Customer Facing and relationship management.
* Project management covering complete life cycle.
* Agile life cycle methodologies.
* Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
