- Providing training for the team

- Troubleshooting

To be considered for this role you need to have the following...
- Service Desk or Help Desk experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong Microsoft skills, MS Office, Web browsers, XP etc
- Understanding of network concepts
- ITIL awareness
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
