My client requires a strong Service Desk Team Leader who can take responsibility for the following areas...

- Management of 8 to 10 Service Desk Analysts on a daily basis
- Team supervision
- Workload prioritisation
- Providing training for the team
- Special project work
- Troubleshooting

This role is exciting, challenging and extremely varied.

To be considered for this role you need to have the following...

- Service Desk or Help Desk experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong Microsoft skills, MS Office, Web browsers, XP etc
- Understanding of network concepts
- ITIL awareness
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
