BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (listed in order of importance):
(Please keep in mind that the candidate selected for hire must meet all of the qualifications listed as basic)
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Management Information Systems, or 4 years of related work experience
Minimum of 4 years of testing experience that may include software development and design.
Minimum of 3 years of technical and testing experience with knowledge in common testing tools.
Knowledge of Quality Assurance procedures, testing methodologies and development life cycles
Strong written, oral communication and analytical skills
Epic Resolute billing testing experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (listed in order of importance):
(The preferred qualifications will be used to further narrow the pool of candidates that meet all of the basic qualifications)
Epic Resolute Hospital Billing or Professional Billing testing experience
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (listed in order of importance):
(The responsibilities of the job will form the basis for benchmark screening questions)
Working with clients to expand project requirements into fully testable requirements Providing estimates for level of effort documentation for Statement Of Work (SOW), participate in Requirements Review Walkthrough
Creating test scenarios and test data
Execution of test cases
Tracking and managing all defects using Quality Center
Creation of test plan and test summary documents
Creation of status reports and making presentations to management and clients
Escalating testing and project issues to leads and management
What is the size of the team they will be working on?
It will be Matrix to work with PMs, testing teams, HealthConnect IT and Business teams - I estimate ~20 people this person needs to communicate with on a regular basis
