Focus is growing on the way my client communicates with their customers and as the messages, products and customer targeting gets increasingly more sophisticated they are becoming increasingly reliant on a tool to support the delivery of these messages. Over the recent months it has been identified that the decisioning strategy could be further optimised and it has the potential to increase the value it delivers to the business significantly.

This role whilst without direct budget control is estimated to generate significant incremental benefit and will be delivered by increasing the number of touch-points that next best action (NBA) is delivered across, and the efficiency of these interactions. Importantly the role will champion the customer view, ensuring that customer relevance is at the heart of our communications approach.

Day to day responsibilities
-Gathering and managing on a weekly basis business requirements for Next Best Actions to promote within the system
-Management of NBAs within the system ensuring they are regularly deleted when no longer required
-Working with the analytics teams to manage and maintain the models that define the decisioning logic
-Ensuring the system has the correct data feeds required to meet business demands and update as required
-Understand how the system is being used by the business and suggest any improvements
-Potentially own and manage a trial in areas of our call centre to test how the system could be used more effectively (trial is currently being discussed)
-Be the champion for decisioning within the business and feed into projects around that will eventually rely on this technology
-Explore how the organisation could better use decisioning within an online perspective

Skills required:
*Marketing background (doesn't need to be a particular specialism, can be general marketing)
*Project management skills
*Stakeholder management skills
*Experience running and maintaining processes
*Relatively analytical although not essential
*Experience of decisioning/next best action marketing would be great though not essential
*CRM experience/knowledge would be highly desirable
*Real Time marketing experience
