 Position: Customer Complaints Analyst

Outsource UK are actively seeking to recruit a Analyst for a 3 month initial contract based with our key financial services Client, that we are working with as a first tier supplier.

The Job:
Working as an Analyst within the PPI department, the successful applicant must be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of PPI regulations along with a history of dealing with process and issues. A keen eye for detail is a must, in additional to an understanding of the FSA.

Skills Required:
-The successful candidates must have PPI Regulation experience
-Experienced in dealing with process and issues
-Good knowledge of MS package (Word, Excell, Powerpoint)
-Financial services industry knowledge would be advantageous

This role will be based in Swindon, Wiltshire, which is commutable from Cirencester, Gloucester, Oxfordshire, Bath, Bristol, Reading, Berkshire, Newport, Cardiff
