Our client seeks an experienced IT Managed Service Solution Manager to support the pre-Sales Solution Opportunity process for customer solution, aiding customer on-boarding and revenue capture. The Solution Manager is responsible for responding to and owning the IT Infrastructure assessment of customers simple/complex Solution Opportunities presented for consideration by the Sales divisions. The role is broad in terms of understanding at a consultative, technical, commercial, legal & regulatory and 'Service Wrap' level.
Contribute to the bid/no-bid decision making process ensuring the technical solution is deliverable, operable and profitable. Managing the operational assessment of solutions designed by Solution Architects within Sales.
Working on a number of complex solutions you will work as part of a team in Europe and interface with a number of different business units within Company.
Understanding and/or experience of Managed IT, Managed Network operations. Able to evaluate bids in the value of £500k to £40million. Have experience of the Implementation, Build and Support mechanism.
Self started, able to engage with all levels of business and to establish credibility at an early stage. Able to work in an ever changing business environment.
Must be able to speak/write English and French .
