- Data Collection officer required

Our client, a leading NSW Government department based in the CBD requires a Data Collector for an immediate start. The role will involve collection of data from ICT devices and compiling the data in a presentable and logical order for dissemination and review by managers.
On a daily basis your responsibilities will involve:
- Collecting data from various IT equipment (training provided)
- Minor troubleshooting on the equipment (training provided)
- Compiling the data into a presentable format and disseminating to the supervisor
- Observing End-User interaction and any potential problems with the system
- Some shift work
To be considered for this role you need to have:
- Experience in Data Collection and collating and presenting the data for review
- Able to assimilate information quickly, and present findings in a concise and meaningful way.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills and conflict resolution
- Excellent customer service focus
- Resilient attitude and calm under pressure
- Own car (Reimbursed for KM's travelled within work hours)
- License
Highly Desirable:
- Transport Industry experience
- Technical background
The ideal candidate would come from a customer facing technical role such as level 2 support or similar.
