IT Service Desk Analyst needed for a long term contract opportunity located in Columbia, South Carolina! The EDI Support Technician will receive and respond to customers for technical support and/or services. In this role you will enter requests utilizing appropriate tools and processes. You will thoroughly document communication with customers and complete requests or issues of basic complexity. You will also identify actual or potential problems and escalate them appropriately when necessary. In addition you will complete administrative and other area related tasks such as reviewing or completing forms, disseminating document appropriate areas, reviewing and/or providing input into procedures.

  • Recent Technical Customer Service Call Center experience.
  • A+ and/or N+ certifications, Database Knowledge, Software, Hardware, and Application Support are all desired!
