Description
The System Validator will be responsible for System Validation of Audio components running in the Head Unit, mainly from End User perspective
Must be able to understand the System Requirements and High Level Features(HLF) for Audio defined in DOORS tool. Must be able to implement the Test Cases based on the Requirements and HLF for Audio, understand the Use Cases. Flashing the Head Unit with different System Builds and using related Tools. Planning, creation and execution of the tests using the Test environment Setup. Collecting Log Traces for the Test executed. Evaluation and reporting of the results Technical Skills:
C/C++ programming skills(Basic), Programming skills in Scripting knowledge - Automated testing, UML(Basics). Understand Audio components and related Terminologies - ALSA, Amplifiers, Source and Sinks management, Audio routing, Audio Settings, PDC, GONG etc. Experience working in Automotive/Embedded domain and proficiency in Real Time OS (Linux, Linux Embedded) Related tools - Audio Precision Tool, MOST Optolyzer, EQ Tool, FA Generator, Diagnostic Log and Trace etc. Familiar with automotive bus systems, MOST,CAN and related tools like CANanalyzer is an advantage. Experience in System Validation Life Cycle Experience in Real Time Embedded systems developments; The above competences have to be matured in automotive area
