They should be an expert in the area. This is the most important area of focus they will need. I need examples of the candidate implimenting advanced CSS properties. The should know CSS 1-3 font to back. They should be an expert with CSS3 gradients, CSS animations, rounded corners, box shadow, text shadow, responsive web development, pixel perfection layout, cross browser bug testing/fixes, and progressive enhancement/graceful degradation.
