An excellent opportunity has arisen working for a major Public Sector Organisation for a Financial Administrator.

The client is looking for someone to assist the Senior Project Manager in:

1.Preparing regular updates for key project reports
2.To arrange any necessary meetings and coordinate with the Senior Project Manager to ensure that all key deadlines are met or reported against;
3.To ensure that all budgets and costs are up to date on the project and alert the Senior Project Manager if there are any risks or over runs in connection with the work streams. This will include regular reconciliation of costs versus budget.
4.Implement the delivery, monitoring, administrative and general targets and tasks set by the Senior Project Manager and ensure overall effective day-to-day administration of all work streams included within the Finance Infrastructure to delivery
5.Carry out other duties and functions as agreed with the Senior Project Manage.

A knowledge or experience of one or more of the listed areas is essential:
Financial Accounting Services
Financial Decision Support
Procurement
Finance Systems services
Payroll.
