Technical:*Possess extremely advanced technical skills.
*A solid experience in Web Application Development and Web Architecture using modern programming languages (Ajax, JavaScript, Tomcat/Jetty and other application Servers, ..)
*Knowledge in systems ergonomics and usability
*Expert knowledge of computer languages (GWT, GXT (=Ext-GWT), Java, SQL, )
*Expert knowledge of computer program design methods and techniques (UML,..).
*Expert knowledge of all database vendor versions (Oracle, Tabular Database, ).
*Expert knowledge of used operating systems (Unix, Windows, Linux)
*Expert knowledge of standard development tools (Eclipse, Ant, SVN, Maven, )
Personal Profile:*As new technologies emerge and impact our systems, expected to learn these technologies very quickly and resolve any problems involved in integrating new technologies with our systems.

Main activity:Software Design & Development
Duties & Responsibilities
*Analyze, design, implement, document, coordinate and supervise the development of software systems.
*Search, summarize and keep the team abreast of strategic information from all sources
*Responsible for analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programming.
*Provide recommendations to management concerning issues of programmer productivity and software development management.
*Responding promptly and professionally to bug reports.
*Review and repair Legacy code.
*Making presentations to customer or client audiences or professional peers.
*Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff.
Required Profile
Education:IT Master Degree/BAC+5 or equivalent
Experience:At least 10 years of Software Development Experience at a Software Vendor. Significant experience as Web Application Developer or Web Architect (RIA/Web 2.0)
