My Client, a large public sector organisation based in Kent has an immediate requirement for an interim HR Advisor with a strong project focused background to join their team on a 3 month contract.
The role requires an experienced HR Advisor preferably CIPD qualified to lead on the following key projects:
- Attendance at work - Reducing sickness levels
- Review occupational health and counselling service
- HR Policies & Procedures - review newly drafted suit of policies and set up training and briefing of managers across the organisation
- Assist in the data migration project to a new system
- Design a new performance appraisal system with guidance and implementation
- Probationary review and implementation
The ideal applicant will be CIPD qualified, come from a strong project based background within Human Resources and will already have demonstrated significant transferable experience in the key responsibilities listed above for this post.
