Project Manager - Infrastructure, Networking, Disaster Recovery, Servers, Data Centres
My client, a major financial concern in the City of London, requires a strong Project Manager to join their vibrant and dynamic IT infrastructure team
To be considered for this role you will need to have experience in the following areas....
- strong infrastructure project management background
- experience in at least some of the following....roll outs, network security, consolidations of Servers, application hosting, disaster recovery etc.
- desktop deployment
- application deployment
- security implementation
- application hosting
You will be proficient in the use of Project Management principles and also understand the concepts behind risk management, project planning and control, progress reporting etc.
This is an excellent and multi faceted role and the areas of responsibility are numerous...
The successful candidate will be responsible for
- managing infrastructure projects of various sizes
- maintenance of quality plans
- liaison with project sponsors
- ensuring overall project quality
- preparation and maintenance of risk plans
- project implementation
- team leadership
- project budgets
