Description
Montreal Associates is conducting a search for a Murex support specialist for a 9 month contract in Stockholm, Sweden .
The Assignment
- The Murex support specialist should significantly contribute to the end-user satisfaction of the system.
- The daily work is done both in the support role providing resolutions to new and old outstanding issues, but also as member or responsible for implementation of the different planned LifeCycle Maintenance activities for the system.
- The Murex support specialist should be above-average communication skills, ie being able to talk to, and make you understood with end-users, peers and our vendor. You should be self-driven, co-operative and good on documenting your work performed.
- Of the business understanding The Murex support specialist should have documented experience of front- or Back Office, preferably both, with the asset classes described above.
- The work is performed in close cooperation with the end-users, proactive as well as a reactive.
- The main challenge is to improve the delivery capacity of the local support team, both on open issues towards the end-users and of different initiatives of larger size
- Target for the Murex support specialist
- The target situation for the Murex support specialist is to decrease the number and growth of outstanding issues for the system.
- The target of the Business plan 2012 is to improve the stability and robustness of the Mx3.1 platform
- Another achievement for us is to enabling a business increase of the Equity Derivatives trades volume. Through a number of LifeCycle Maintenance initiatives this year we strive to accomplish this.
