Description
For one of our clients, world leader in development of home control, we are currently looking for software test engineers to strengthen the team on several new projects.
We are looking for both functional software testers and testers with a strong consumer electronics background.
Responsibilities: As a test engineer you are responsible for testing the software to its full extend to assure that the system performs according the requirements.
- Review of operator specific requirement documents and test specifications.
- Define, prepare and introduce required test equipment (tools, streams, etc.).
- Prepare and execute subset of system validation activities specific to the field issue.
- Write problem reports and report on product quality
Profile:
- You have an Engineering or Informatics master degree
- You have consumer electronics knowledge, experience within Embedded software engineering is a plus.
- You are communicative and maintain good communication towards external partners and internal teams
- You are result driven and can work independently
- You are flexible and willing to travel on short notice
- Highly interested and good knowledge of validation and test methodology, relevant test tools
- Highly self-motivated and dynamical personality
