Outsourcing & Contracts Manager (m/f)

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Support our clinical development teams (Phase I-IV) in all aspects of outsourcing and contracting
- Ensure that contracts are of the highest quality at the lowest possible price with high quality vendors
- Lead clinical study team interactions with vendors, vendor selection and subsequent contract negotiation process
- Ensure that study timelines are met by collaboratively working with the clinical study team to manage external vendors selected for the assigned clinical studies/programs
- Lead negotiations and management of strategic partners (including third parties) to insure a cost-effective, expeditious and successful solution to outsourcing needs
- Insure that all SOPs are adhered to and federal regulations and GCP guidelines are followed with respect to O&C
Ihre Qualifikation
- Bachelor's degree required in science, finance, legal, business. Master's degree in the same concentrations is preferred. A scientific and business background is a plus
- Proven relevant experience in bidding process and contract management in the pharmaceutical industry. This experience should have been made either on CRO or pharmaceutical company site. Knowledge of the CRO market is required
- General knowledge of clinical development including, but not limited to: FDA/EMEA and other relevant regulations and guidance, ICH/GCP and regulatory environment, Development processes and roles/responsibilities
