One of Australia's highly influential and trusted Federal Government Department's currently requires talented and experienced SAP Developers for a LONG TERM CONTRACT role. This is a great opportunity to secure a contract of up to 2 years developing in SAP NetWeaver Portal.
Successful applicants will be working in a complex project environment with duties that will see applicants working on all aspects of these projects.
You would be involved (but not limited) in:
- Reviewing requirements
- Solution Architecture for SAP Netweaver Portal
- Providing subject matter expertise
- Supporting the implementation of the SAP environment
- Development of new system enhancements
- Maintenance/improving existing systems
- Providing support to other modifications as required (ie ABAP, OSS)
- Advising on technical issues through the testing phase
This is an opportunity for a highly skilled SAP Developer/Administrator to step in and help lead this project to fruition.
To be considered for this opportunity you must:
- Posses a strong technical background in SAP especially Netweaver Portal
- Experience with Java as well as SAP Developer Studio
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with SAP Portal design
- Ability to support a large SAP implementation
- Proven experience with Web Dynpro
- Complex development experience with Netweaver Developer Studio
- Detailed Knowledge or experience with Netweaver Development Infrastructure
- RDBMS experience with SQL would be advantageous but NOT required
- AUSTRALIAN CITIZENSHIP IS MANDATORY
On offer to successful applicants will be a contract role of initially 12 months with options to extend to up to 2 years. This is a crucial position within the project team and as such highly attractive rates are on offer to secure the right SAP Developer!
