A new contract assignment is now available for a Global Sourcing solutions Consultant - Offshore/Outsourcing Consultant - with excellent change management, Offshoring/outsourcing and global sourcing experience.
Working for a leading global Investment bank, this contract position requires an experienced Staffing and Sourcing expert with a strong track record of off shoring and outsourcing of resources, major change programmes and delivery of organisational benefits and major cost savings across Investment banks and other similar globally distributed organisations.
As a experienced Global Sourcing solutions Consultant - Offshore/Outsourcing Consultant you will work very closely with heads of business areas across the EMEA and AsiaPac regions to identify opportunities for outsourcing or offshoring of roles, organisational change programmes and development and delivery of centres of excellence to manage and evaluate the most efficient and cost effective use of resources.
You will be part of a global sourcing team that MUST ensure successful delivery of major business and IT programmes across the regions and will work closely with the business heads to understand their key deliverables. In your role you will be facing off to Legal, Compliance, IT Risk and all other stakeholders as one of the content experts in outsourcing/off shoring.
You will need to ensure strong governance and compliance across the outsourcing and offshore programmes and should also have excellent commercial skills with strong knowledge of negotiating and managing 3rd party and vendor relationships.
This is a critical role and is essential to have a strong track record of at least 3 years of delivering similar large scale Offshore/Outsource and Centre of Excellence/CoE Programmes in Investment banks or other similar large scale financial services organisations will be considered.
